Educating the public is an exhaustive task.

I simply cannot mention this problem enough on my site.

Sellers of dog license tags on Ebay are shippng tags and even those with S-hooks or O- rings in plain envelopes with no reinforcement cardboard!

This envelope was sent from Canada to the USA, no less. As you can see, the S-Hook pierced the envelope during travel  via the postal service and it was jeopardized.

Padded mailers and cardboard inserts into envelopes go along way in the protection of  its contents.

I have gotten many such envelopes over the years and some had tags dangling out of them or were missing.

Plain envelopes are meant for FLAT letters, not bulky ones.
