In the envelope that contains the new 2010 dog licenses for County residents of PA are 2 brochures. One is an advertisement from CCAC community college system and the other is this one from  Tobacco Free Allegheny. It is reported that people will quit smoking for their pets sake before their human children!!

*This brochure also suggests to smoke outside away from your pet, wash your hands before you touch your pet after you smoke. Don't smoke in your car because toxins stay in the car and can affect the pet later on.

*Be sure that walkers, pet sitters, groomers and kennels don't smoke around your pet. This is also a fire hazard.
