Very Unique eBay find.
This thin metal disk was attached to the ends of the annual dog licenses that were distributed to licensing agencys. This is a particularly rare item since they would have been long discarded. It was meant solely as an identifying tag for a group of licenses.

Early spaying and neutering prevents unwanted litters of dogs and cats. Shelters all over the world are euthanizing healthy animals because more pets are born than there are adoptive homes for them. This is totally preventable - "Fix" your pet by 6 months of age. We advocate adoption from shelters and rescue groups. Never buy a pet from a pet store, internet source, newspaper ad, or backyard breeder.
